World Cancer Day 2015

On the occasion of World Cancer Day Cancer Aid Society is organizing a Press Conference on Telemedicine Vehicle (a joint Project of Cancer Aid Society with SGPGIMS, Lucknow and Dr. K.L. Garg Memorial Trust equipped with all the advanced diagnostic technologies for screening) at Press Club, Lucknow.

Cancer Aid Society at the United Nations

United Nations General Assembly held High Level Meeting for Prevention and Control of the Non Communicable Diseases on 19^th and 20^th of September 2011, in which Mr. Piyush Gupta Principal Executive Officer Cancer Aid Society participated from India along with the Global Governments who signed the Political Declaration, thereafter in July 2012 Cancer Aid Society got Special Consultative Status with the Economic and Social Council of the United Nations Organisation.

World Hospice and Palliative Care Day - 2011

On the occasion of World Hospice and Palliative Care Day, October 8th 2011, Cancer Aid Society organized several awareness  programs on Cancer Prevention  and Palliative Care, at various Branches of Banks  across the Country namely State Bank of India,    IDBI  Bank and HDFC Bank.

Cancer Aid Society at United Nations Headquarters in New York

From India Cancer Aid Society was invited to participate in the High Level Meeting for the Control of the Non Communicable Diseases convened at the United Nations Headquarters in the New York on September 19^th and 20^th 2011. Mr. Piyush Gupta Principal Executive Officer of Cancer Aid Society and Dr. Pankaj Chaturvedi of Tata Memorial Hospital participated at the UN Meeting on  the Badge of Cancer Aid Society. The World Body along with the Global Governments sat for the first time with the Civil Society Representatives coming from 270 Organisations across the Globe.
Union Health Minister of India Shri Ghulam Nabi Azad also addressed  the meeting.
